Xbox360 connecting to Media Center

I bought a 360 recently and have been trying to setup the Media Center so that I can stream Media from my PC to my 360.

The 360 can never seem to detect my PC

Here is my setup:

Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 with all critical Windows Updates installed
Linksys BEFSR41 Wired router, no built in firewall or port filtering/blocking on it.
Windows Firewall disabled
No third party firewall software running.
Time Warner Digital Cable

I installed the Zune software like www.xbox.com/pcsetup suggested. I enabled the Media Sharing with my 360. Zune detects the 360. However, when I go to select a PC from the 360, it cannot find any PCs connected to it.

It always fails at "PC Selected"

Status Codes:

W: 0000-000B
X: 0000-F001
Y: 0000-0000
Z: 8000-4005

The only thing in the troubleshooting listing that could apply to me is to make sure the TCP and UDP ports it needs are enabled. But I'm sure they couldn't be blocked by anything. I'm not running anything that could be blocking them.
I tried querying the ports from Shields Up! and another port checking site, but it said my ports are "stealthed" whatever that means and couldn't find any usefull information.

I ran full up to date Spybot and Adaware scans, no malware or spyware on my system that those scans could find.(other than tracking cookies)

I followed the guide here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/308127
To see if I could make sure they were open, but I have no firewall running, and even Windows Firewall already has those exceptions put in because of Zune and Windows Media Player.

I have NO clue as to why the 360 won't detect my fricken PC.

If anyone has any idea or suggestions, please let me know. I would very much appreciate it.

Do you have another PC to test with? can you run nmap against the pc to verify the ports are open?
