I don't know why, but I think that was one of their best comics in a while.

I'm thinking that's a helicopter rail he's holding onto in panel three, but they're way up in the air. Ruxpin has quite a grip and no need for about 16% oxygen apparently.

it'd be funnier if there was a narrative of some sort
it would be funnier if the first two panels were actually jokes instead of just still frames from any damn movie
third panel is a quality pun, but the first two do nothing to set it up
I think what they're trying to point out is how these movies practically have a checklist of cliche scenes that they go through aimlessly. Half this shit seems ridiculously unrelated, yet in half of these awful fucking movies you'll find these scenes somehow sharing the same reel of "film".

aduh
all I'm saying is that this is a prime opportunity to cram a buttload of jokes in there.
Ooh, an explosion. So what? Every damn movie has an explosion. But having Teddy driving a car through an explosion while shooting out of the window at a couple ninjas on motorbikes? Much better panel.
Ooh, topless at the beach. So what? Teddy just standing there isn't inherently funny. But having Teddy fighting a robotic shark underwater with a harpoon gun while protecting Mermaid-Babes, that would be a better panel.
Panel 3 is fine. I just think they wasted good opportunities.
I agree, this comic was pretty bad. I think I'm going to go through the archives and revisit a time when I actually enjoyed reading this and didn't just do it out of habit.

I have just not been amused by most of the comics lately.
Did Tycho hit his head or something?
Or were Jordyn's Rice Krispies poisoned?

Or any other action movie with a tropical beach and a fit male lead.
