Is it illegal or just not recommended to send money (cash) though the [united states] mail? Specially coins.
I collect coins and my sister sends me some to sort though. I ain't to concerned with them getting lost or stolen since it's usually only a few dollars in value; but I don't want to get arrested over a buck fifty in change!
