    I make it all the time. It takes a little while to prepare, though. You got to make you salt it properly and allow it to drain.

    for some reason I read the title as elephant instead of eggplant


    and when I clicked it and saw a picture of an eggplant I just chalked it up to being a riotcow thread, then after reading the first couple replies I glanced back at the title and went, "OOOOH"

    everyone you have to soak a cut eggplant in salt water for at least 15-30 minutes or else it will be extremely bitter
