According to Wikipedia, he got rolled out of the Saga in suspended animation. So he's probably in some SHIELD warehouse, waiting for some writer like Bendis or Slott to remember him and bring him out.
Say, just to know, is anyone going to bother making new Secret Invasion 'Who Do/Can You Trust?' sigs. Might be fun to beat Marvel to the punch with this.

Some of the inkers and colors over at Marvel are so amazingly bad. I picked up Morrison's New X-men, and couldn't even recognize Bachelo. It was like they ran over his hands with a cement mixer.

How far back are the roots of Secret Invasion supposed to go? I ask because I've been re-reading House of M and during the big battle there is a panel showing Rogue grab Namor in order to syphon his power. When she does this her eyes turn a skrully sort of green.
I could be mistaken but I believe Rogue is one of the people who didn't remember the House of M so perhaps that was a very early hint that Namor is also Skrull.

I'm guessing Black Bolt hid it somewhere. I'm really hoping it turns out that because of the 2 attacks on Attilan, plus the coup, something happened to the Inhumans that caused Attilan to become the Skrull base.

It also makes me really happy because it means that, even if Luke and/or Jessica is a Skrull, all of Alias and some of The Pulse still happened, so it won't be a huge retcon of my favorite Marvel couple.

My guess is this was how the Skrull are at Earth after dealing with the Annihilation Wave.
See, I thought that anything immediately after the Kree-Skrull War was fair game as far as a replacement timeline went. I'm a little disappointed that it would be so 'recent', especially considering the events of the Illuminati miniseries. Bendis just needs to go balls out, and replace someone from the very start of their title. Some portion of the fan base is going to be upset as it is, you might as well upset them with style.
I think the idea isn't that Bendis didnt want to "cheat" and retroactivley change anyone. We know he's had this planned since the very first issue of New Avengers so he was able to write it all in as it happaned.
