Its coming to Turkey a little late ( depends whether you use fedex or not ) so i will be 3-4 days behind you guys. And god... I promised myself not to check boards but still i cant stop myself doing it.
I think Spider-Woman could be a Skrull. The more I think about it, the more likely it is to me.
Let's start with the first reveal. Her taking the corpse to Tony was taken as proof that she wasn't a Skrull, because why would she want to reveal that there were Skrulls hiding among us?
Well, I think that's what the Skrulls wanted all along.
Okay, Civil War divided the heroes pretty well, yes. But faced with an alien invasion, they're not going to bicker over who should help who. Look at World War Hulk for an example of this. So how do you ensure that nobody trusts each other? You show them that there was a Skrull right in front of their noses that they couldn't detect with anything.
Assuming that the Avengers (both groups, let's say) have been being jerked around and led into situations by the Skrulls from day one. They took them to the Savage Land right at the start, and in SI#1, they end up right back there. All of them are there at the Breakout and most of them are there when Elektra dies. Remember in the newest issue of New Avengers when the Daredevil Skrull says that they are built to die? I'm almost 100% sure that ElektraSkrull was put there to die and fuck with the Avengers' brains. But the New Avengers already didn't trust anyone, so that's wasted on them.
So Spider-Woman takes the corpse to the most powerful man in the world. And the paranoia spreads. And then Tony takes the corpse to his secret club of other powerful superheroes and they start to come back together. So to put the final nail in that coffin, Black Bolt reveals that he's a Skrull, and the Illuminati break up (and could keep the identity of another Skrull on that team safe for a bit longer).
So now, Secret Invasion starts. DuganSkrull watches as the "escaped heroes" crash into the Savage Land, letting SWORD contact Stark even though he's perfectly capable of taking them out before they have the chance to get a call through. And JarvisSkrull stands two feet away as Spider-Woman tips off Luke Cage about the crash, and doesn't seem to care at all that he heard everything. So the Skrulls don't care that the "heroes" on board escape, which indicates they're using them to get these big heroes out of the way down at the other side of the planet, making it the second time Spider-Woman has done something that helps the Skrulls.
So in all, I think she's a Skrull and holy god that's a long post.
Spoilered for SI#1 spoilers and holy shit that's long.
Sadly I agree with you (because I love that character).
Also a little callback from BREAKOUT that lends more creedance to your theory.
At the end of NA #6, Tony checks the old Avengers database against the SHIELD report of RAFT escapees and shares the revelation with the others at least 14 of the 42 escaped villains are supposed to be dead. Spider-Woman immediatley jumps to the conclusion that "SHIELD is building thier own villain army" although clearly thats not the case, those were skrulls and she was likely trying to the direct the suspicion about what meant into a more useful direction.
Plus in that very same arc Wolverine said he didnt recognize her scent. He played it off as the Savage Land being weird like that, but it could have easily been more than that. (Although he says the same about Cage too)

any bets on which characters from the crashed skrull ship are actually skrull ringers? some of 'em? all of 'em? the characters there... i don't know what to think. i mean, it's like a Who's Who of characters who you'd think couldn't possibly be skrulls. Cap, Thor... fucking Mockingbird!?
something else interesting is who isn't there. the skrulls have been using Cyclops' eye beams all over the place--but he's not there.
They are almost all certainly Skrulls, simply designed to sow more confusion. That said I wouldnt be surprised if a couple of them (Wonder Man, Mockingbird) were real and that they rest were sleepers who thought they were real.

I was thinking that Iron Man could be real too, but it'd be James Rhodes rather than Tony under the armor.
Mockingbird probably isn't real, though, since she's appeared in the afterlife more than once. Really, the next issue should start with Ronin killing her to prove that some of the escapees, if not all of them, are Skrulls themselves.
I don't buy the afterlife stuff as a signifant hinderance. Wasn't her appearance there in Mephisto's realm? Easily explained as him just conjuring a likeness to torture whoever. Rhodey inside the Iron Man armor is a good idea, I hadnt thought of that.

Good first issue overall
there were parts I wasn't too wild about, mostly the NA/MA stuff that we've heard a million times before, but overall it was good
I just have this sour taste in my mouth about Bendis, but i'm trying not to let that get in the way of my enjoying his story

On top of that story where Hawkeye meets her in hell, she was also dead in X-Statix Presents: Deadgirl, GLA: Misassembled, and the Hellcat miniseries.
Bendis could easily ignore all that, though, and I'd certainly prefer shoehorning her resurrection into this event to coming up with a separate convoluted explanation for her return.
Wow, I really enjoyed this issue. Lots of stuff went down right away, just like Bendis said. Don't have much else to say but it was good and over way to fast.
You'd probably be better off skipping MA and NA and buying SI instead, until the event's over. The former two books are going to deal exclusively with fleshing out the events of the latter, and they won't actually feature the Avengers during this time.

I dunno, I think the MA and NA tie-ins will probably be among the best tie-ins for the whole event, and probably the only ones I'm going to buy. Especially the Nick Fury issue that's supposed to come out, and the one where they go back and show how some of the characters got replaced in the first place.
But I guess they're probably not entirely necessary to understand what's going on.

even though I don't really like it that much
it's in #502, right before Hawkeye dies. He's fighting a whole mess of Kree and there's one skrull that shows up in two panels.

Stop being all OCD about tie-ins and just get SI. Most of the tie-ins that don't start with Ave and end with ngers wil probably suck anyway.
