Recommend me an HD (laptop)

Alright, I've got a 12" iBook.

1.33 GHz PowerPC G4 (1.5)

L2 Cache: 512 KB

The current HD is the 40 GB

And a Gig of Ram

Now, this isn't a butting edge system, obviously, so I'm looking for a fine balance between performance, storage size and price.

I am using a couple of External Hard Drives right now, and while my overall disk space is not too small, it is cumbersome outside of the internal 40 GB. Which kind of defeats the purpose of having a small laptop, I guess. I use my laptop for a good deal of photo-editing, writing, general web-browsing and all, but I'd like to be able to store my music and videos on the internal HD. I have more music than I can keep on the 40 GB. I'm looking for something at 100 GB + but I'm willing to consider a smaller model if the suggestions here justify it.

So, what should I be looking at? What's good? What's worth the money and what's not?

Thanks
