Obscure Tales of Phantasia Question

Does anyone know the name of the song (and where I can purchase it or listen to it if it's available legally online) that plays when, and it's been a while, so I'm going to be off, but I think it's
After you exit the mansion/large house of some character, and you're outside near some trees, and I think someone shoots an arrow into a tree near a character.

I think it was some kind of J-Pop song but I have no idea. Anyone remember it?

    It's the main "theme" song of Tales of Phantasia. I dunno where you can buy it, but I'd wager Galbadia Hotel has it to download, since they have pretty much everything.

    edit: It's called "The Dream Will Not Die"
