I know this isn't hugely threadworthy, but it's worth noting that google ads doesn't pay much attention to the 'no roms' rule. You probably can't control the content of google's ads so this may very well be futile, but I figured it was worth mentioning.

    Why do the Google ads in SE always have something to do with gay sex or learning aids for the handicapped?

    I think it's just coincidence.

    For a while the only ones that showed up were for gay sex chat and gay online dating services. If I remember correctly, Ramius said there was a way to block keywords.
