I'm not sure what's going on here, but I can only assume that the problem I am having when I try to install is that I am using Windows Vista.

I get a "this system does not support fullscreen mode" error. But like, I dont see anything I can really do to rectify the situation. The Read Me suggests I make a bootdisk, but will that even work? I dont know how to do that. Is it risky? etc. questions from a comp "nub"

well, I can't even get it to install, so...

And I tried Scumm. It doesnt seem to be able to "find" the game? Even if i give it the right directory.

There are probably some Full Throttle-specific instructions for SCUMMVM. If I recall correctly they have a wiki - check there.

On the CD, the game files are in the THROTTLE directory, I believe -- you can just point ScummVM to that (or copy the folder to your hard drive and point to it there)
