New York, NY - July 19, 2007 - Rockstar Games is proud to announce that Bully: Scholarship Edition is coming to the Xbox 360â„¢ video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and the Wiiâ„¢ home video game system from Nintendo this Winter.

Both the Wii and Xbox 360 versions will retain the wit and deep gameplay of the previously released PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system title and will boast additional new content. Bully: Scholarship Edition takes place in the fictional New England boarding school of Bullworth Academy, and tells the story of 15-year-old Jimmy Hopkins as he experiences the highs and lows of adjusting to a new school. Capturing the hilarity and awkwardness of adolescence perfectly, Bully: Scholarship Edition pulls the player into its cinematic and engrossing world. Universally acclaimed upon first release, Bully: Scholarship Edition is a genre-crossing action game with a warmth and pathos that is unrivaled.

Bully received a perfect “10/10″ from Electronic Gaming Monthly and 1up.com and was heralded as “a great, well-crafted action game that has one of the best senses of humor around” by IGN.com. USA Today called it “a fantastic debut title by Rockstar Vancouver.” The San Francisco Chronicle wrote “Bully has no shortage of creative energy, offering an immersive boarding school experience that is imaginative, funny and filled with surprises.”

Come and explore the zealous joy, mirth, and torment of youth with Jimmy Hopkins and Bully: Scholarship Edition when enrollment commences this Winter.

I never played it on PS2, but always wanted too. I'll pick up whichever version ends up better for the right price.

Wonder if all these sudden ports are due to the Manhunt cancellation - since they know these should fly through, it seems they're recovering their money for development..

I wonder if the 360 will get much of a graphical boost.

Bully was a great game! If they add any graphical and gameplay enhancements I'll definitely play through it again.. don't know if I'd buy it again (try not to buy a game more than once if I still own it, ya know?) but I'd definitely rent and play through it again.

    ....Yes?

If the PSP was actually selling well, that is.

I thought they were still figuring out what to do. to appeal the ruling or change the content to meet m rating.

Well, so far it's on indefinite hold. I imagine these ports are relatively cheap for them to do, allowing them to make some money since they're missing Manhunt's profits from their schedule now.

This is great. Bully is easily my favorite GTA-style game.

Hopefully this means they'll flesh it out a little more. And since it's on the 360, I'm really hoping this means we'll see some additional missions/items in the form of DLC.

I thought he was ordered by law not to bother Take2 ever again for their future releases, a preemptive strike for Manhunt 2

Might get the Wii version, never did get the PS2 one.

At least this port has a chance of not sucking.

I'm inclined to agree, with Table Tennis and Bully, both year old small time releases being ported around specifically to the Wii, it seems Rockstar is eager to go with the safe bets and recoup some monies otherwise lost on the Manhunt 2 debacle.

This could be the start of a beautiful friendship between Nintendo and a strong third party like Rockstar and you know they'll bring the clever Wiimote integration.

I'm glad I'm so far behind on my backlog, I'm just now working through Warriors and Bully was next to buy. I'll hold out for whichever is the superios version on Wii or 360 now.

I never understood all these praises to Bully's sense of humour. I never laughed once during the game except when I first locked lips with the blonde bully.

Seriously. The game was mostly just a more boring GTA, down to pretty much every fucking aspect of the gameplay, missions, etc, except it took place in a school.
