Hey guys: I'm the one who's supposed to be informing Spectre-X about this stuff, and I've had an internet blackout for the past 4 or 5 days to avoid Harry Potter spoilers. Any chance we can have an extension to today or tomorrow to get this done? We're both kinda looking forward to it and I had no way of knowing there was a deadline in my downtime.

This thing is less deadline intensive than most things, but I'd definitely appreciate the entries by the time the first round starts.

Now, are our entries for the normal matches due that day (e.g. my first one is due on the 27th) or is that just the first day we can post our entries for that match?

Each entry is due (must be sent to me) by 11:59 pm central time the night before the match date.

So, since your first match is on the 27th, the entry is due to me on the 26th by 11:59, which is almost the 27th anyways.

I don't understand people who are afraid of the internet because of Harry Potter. Just don't visit a place that ever discusses the book and you should be safe. I won't be able to get a copy 'til today, if even that, but I still haven't been spoiled just because I stayed away from Livejournal and that board marked, very obviously, Harry Potter.
