Man the elephant issue of ZooBooks must be really, really terrible. Like, the pages are shit and the ink is urine. Because they've been trying to give that thing away for 15 years.

Sigs shouldn't be higher than 80 pixels - Elki.

    I'm guessing they made a stockpile of the same 20 issues at some warehouse and they just keep running the commercial and sending them out because it's slightly profitable. Damn infomercial people, with your slight profits. "A $20 value, yours free!!!!!!!!!."

    I got ranger rick for YEARS, and I always saw commercials for zoobooks and oh man look at those bright colors, oh this must be GREAT! So I decided to switch it up just a bit and had my mom cancel my Ranger Rick subscription and get me Zoobooks. It was such a total TOTAL disappointment. It was about half the length, it felt like I was being talked down to like an idiot, and it just wasnt nearly as in depth. I mean, Ranger Rick had a little story every issue about Ranger Rick and his buddies saving the environment and learning about animals and stuff. Much higher quality magazine.

    Holy shit, I totally had a ZooBooks subscription when I was young! I think they're all stored away in binders now. I may have multiples of some issues. I also wrote a report on bats from the bat issue when I was in first grade.
