I've been a member for a while.. more of a lurker.
I'm doing a paper on violent video games and its effect on us.
What is the controversy? Is there enough evidence to prove negative effects? Are studies good indicators of the general behavior of gamers? Why do you think politicians and watchdog organizations seem to feel so strongly about this issue? What is your personal experience?
Other thoughts you guys might have, please express. I know it's pretty general, but I just wanted to get a sampling of what the PA community thinks.
