My uncle likes that. I like pickles and peanut butter, but not together.

man, I remember posting my breakfast hot dog sandwich and copping a lot of shit, but oh man it's so tasty you should all try it.
Cut two hot dogs in half length wise.
Fry them on both sides in a little butter til they're browned with a some chopped onion.
Toast two slices of wheat bread and spread a little butter on there.
Cut the fried dogs and arrange them on the toast in whichever way they fit as to cover the whole slice.
cover the dogs with the onion and some grated cheese, maybe a vintage cheddar or jack and some ketchup.
This is one of my favourite breakfasts and is probably my favourite thing to do with Hot Dogs.
buy one small loaf of brioche. This is a sweet bread, have your baker slice it for you, 1/4 to 1/2 inch slices.
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups heavy cream or half and half
1 tbls sugar
1 tbls cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
Set out the bread a few hours before at very minimum. Overnight would be better. You want it to be stale (haha... like my name... it's a joke son). If you are doing it overnight, go ahead and make the custard as well and just put it in a covered dish and stash it in the fridge.
WHen you're ready to rock, set out a big skillet or griddle and get it nice and hot, set the bread into the custard and let it soak for about 30 secs on each side. take it our and set it out to drain a bit before you put it in the heat. Butter the skillet while the bread is draining and then lay it in there for a minute per side, then set it on a baking sheet and slide the bread into the oven at 350 for 8 mins.
double-cooking the bread will result in a crisp exterior while the inside remains moist and fluffy. The construction of brioche is perfect for french toast becasue of the dense sweet meat of the bread.

Oh - I've made french toast like that many times. Take my word for it, it's like there's a party in your mouth and everyone's invited. Even that annoying twit with the obnoxious laugh.

I guess I forgot how to read temporarily and added a cup of flour instead of a tablespoon
I tasted it and it was like a party in my mouth and everyone was throwing up.
I made it again and it was good but I don't know why I went crazy for a minute
