Just wondering if anyone else finds certain topics of conversation so distasteful that even seeing a thread on the topic or catching wind of a conversation about it makes you want to vomit.
For me:
- "What makes an RPG an RPG?"
- Anything about EA or Sony.
- Anything about Jack Thompson.
- Anything about any state that isn't New York or California.
- Religious or moral discussions.
- Achewood.

No, these do actually kind of irritate me.
My pet peeves are not exclusive to SE++, TFS.
Just not a fan of them.
There aren't threads that make me want to vomit, but there are ones that are so boring that they're just automatically screened from my vision. For instance, I'm going to go to SE++ and list the threads on the first page that I had no idea existed.

Yes that is definitely the worst thread outside of GnT right now. Though, to be frank, I don't even look at ODaM, WB, AC, GV or the Harry Potter forum.

I usually just give wide berth to the comic/tabletop gaming threads as well. Nothing wrong with them, I just have no interest.
I love those because its six posts of the OP being ripped a new one before it gets locked with some really acerbic comment from Orik or Knob, or a very angry comment from Tube.
I was lurking right before Knob made thread assassination a bannable offense. Every thread got torn to shreds within the first 10 posts. I didn't feel like I was welcome until I was told to kill myself at least once.
