Although having said that, I'm afraid I'm going to have to side with LewieP and say at the moment if you want a console, 360 is better. But hey, if you're looking at the PS3 exclusives down the line (MGS4, Killzone 2 etc.), I seriously doubt you're going to find a better price than this even when those titles are actually released.
EDIT: THAT explains why I couldn't access the Virgin Megastores website earlier, and why it still seems to be down. Any word on how long this deal is going on for?
