    Heya guys,

We've got some Bioshock vids up at MSXBOX-WORLD. I didn't know they were going up so I have no clue if they are new or not.

    http://www.msxbox-world.com/xbox360/movies/view/209/Bioshock.html#

Mmmm Bioshock videos... I will check them out soon! Thanks!

EDIT: Looks like you've got a compilation of pretty much every video there that has been released, nice! Also you should probably edit out the part in the description about Nazis. That's from a few years back. :)

heh I'll mention that to our admin guys. =)

It's no big secret I work at MSXBOX-WORLD. I actually haven't been following the progress of Bioshock (I'm a multiplayer whore myself and this game is a single player's dream) ... but I do know there are alot of people at PA that are extremely interested in the title. This is why I linked the vids.

I appreciated the link Bamelin, thanks! It's a handy collection of the video material released thus far.

I got into the Bioshock thing after the whole Nazi angle was abandoned, so I've never really seen what that was all about. I've been meaning to go dig through old previews, as I gather they were quite different indeed. It's always fascinating to me to track the creative process.

Technically, Anamaniacs is furry because it features anthropomorphic animals. But this is pretty far off topic, unless some of the mutants in Bioshock are furries.

I got the chance to read the PC Gamer UK review yesterday, and whoa man I am now way more hyped up for the game. The reviewer focused his character solely around improving his melee skill with the wrench, to the point where he could take on even the fiercest opponents with it. I knew that you could specialize to some degree, but to be able to just pick a favorite weapon and have at it is pretty cool.

I go to bed one night, and the next day suddenly I'm being called a furry. I don't personally think that having an Animaniacs avatar is furry-related, not that there's anything wrong with that. I just like zany humor.

and rightly so, i really hope this game goes through the roof here, if only to spark some serious debate about the credibility of games as a storytelling medium, and whatnot. I'd love to see it discussed in the Guardian or on Newsnight or something.
And then the Daily Mail and Express will get in on it... D:

edit: and i do so badly want that faceplate, but also so badly the Big Daddy figurine. Dammit.

There is much gnashing of teeth going on as I try to decide which edition to pick up. That face plate is truely jawesome but I've never liked face plates in general since the rest of the console will remain the starkest of whites.

So basically in the UK you have your well known CE which is exclusive to places such as GAME containing the Big Daddy Figurine, as well all this.

However the site I usually buy my games off, shopto has a tin version of it's own. And quite the price difference. Does anyone know what is contained therein? If it was everything in the GAME CE bar the figurine I think I'd go for it, despite the fact that I love that golden book style tin case - too much of a saving and the fact that shopto tend to get you stuff maybe a day early would sway it for me.
