I can't seem to capture video from my HP Webcam.
Well, it does capture, but the video is out of sync. I mean, really out of sync.
The video capture plays back way too fast. It looks like there are only a few frames.
The video files stops playing, and the audio keeps going at a regular speed.
Anybody here using Ulead Video Studio 11 Capture, help me out?
