I still can't see the image, even using the link you provided. I get the "broken image" with an alt text of "The Facts Of The Matter" - right-clicked, properties shows: http://www.penny-arcade.com/images/2007/20070629.jpg

No, it still doesn't show up for me. I'm using Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.4.
When I click on it, the page loads as a blank page, with text that is the same as the web address. When I load it on the PA server, where the picture should be, is only the text of the title. All the other PA comics are loading fine, it's just that one.

The only thing I can figure is, a bad/corrupt image file was posted to the network, and then picked up by some internet proxy caches. Until those caches revalidate the image, they will serve the broken version to anyone downstream. Nothing we can do about it at this point, I'm afraid.
Hello, I have found problems with this comics, I don't know if you know it before or is a problem with my internet, but I will tell you anyway:
The comics: "Absolutely Ridiculous" (2002/10/15), "We are Right Again, Part Three" (2002/12/28) "Thank you, Scott" (2003/04/01), "The Wandering Age" (2003/07/15), "The Inconvenience fairy" (2003/10/30) and "Complimentary Shit" (2005/01/20) repeat the comic before posted. Also the comic "Cardboard and Steel, part 5" (2003/03/13) is not completed [maybe this error just hapens in my computer] and finally, the comic "Rollicking Fun, Says Playbill" (2005/11/14) appears like an error or something [maybe this was the way it should be and I am an ignorant, but it can be an error]. That's all, and by the way, I like all this comics of "Penny Arcade", even when I don't understand some, there's something with this comics that make me like it a lot! So, thanks for everything, also for all the people who makes this possible. (^_^)
I don't know what worked for t3hHackerHero, but Wednesday: 08/08/07 = Still recycled jokes from Monday. I don't know this guy yet, all I keep hearing about is Persona.
Hasn't there been some business in the past where the various servers that host stuff don't sync up properly? If the error isn't on every server, that would explain a lot.

The comic from 8/23/2004 is not listed in the archives, but the file is still there.
I got the 8/8/07 comic for a few hours yesterday, but then it returned to the 8/6/07 comic again, so now "Potent Yet Troubling Imagery" and "I Know A Guy" are identical again for me. I've tried ctrl-f5 and deleting my internet files, but neither works. They are still the same image when I put in the file name and location into the url bar.
Yes, it may not have been uploaded yet, but they should still have (a) the last comic available , and (b) some sort of page scraper that notices these things. This is not brain surgery.

This happens regularly. I'm not sure why you are getting so huffy about it. Today's comic page has been established, and you can see the last comic by hitting . The only thing that's wanting is the actual comic upload.
Perhaps you're under the mistaken assumption that they are unaware that this is how it functions. You are right that it isn't brain surgery, but I am sure that they know exactly how the new comic display works when the page has been changed over without the actual comic having been uploaded.
I'm surprised with a fulltime staff of 9 people that no one notices (or hears about it) when the comic fails to upload. When this happens, it would be cool if one of the forum mods could send the PA folks a text or something.
Yea I still can't get the comic to load... its nearly 3:30pm. I need my hump-day* lols.
All my usual tricks (changing the date in the URL, removing date from URL, previous>next>last, etc) including deleting browser cache have failed. It just sits there with the comic title and a sad broken image icon.
*I hate the term hump-day... unless it's refering to an actual day of humping.

I can see the comic fine if I load the page in IE7, but I'm not seeing it at all in Firefox regardless of whatever 'tricks' I try.
Yep, same deal here. (In The Love Nest of Har'akki, 2007/09/19)
Also, I Know A Guy (2007/08/08) is still showing the comic from the day before. Which is odd, because it was fixed before, and a pity, because it's an awesome comic.
I never saw a comic for Love Nest of the Harr'akki (or whatever), I'm guessing that's because there was no comic. Which sucks because the subjet matter was hilarious.

The actual comic page is there, but only shows alt text, and attempting to access theimage directly (via firefox's "show image" context menu option) produces the usual 'whoops' image.
Was looking through old comics and we're missing the strip "Lovely", which I gather from the newspost has something to do with Div. http://www.penny-arcade.com/2003/04/02
How heart warming it must be for the founders of this comic to see how much we all care when one of the comics doesn't show up for us. I know I would be moved if these comments were made about my comic...if I had a comic.... Too bad I dont have a creative bone in my body......I just made myself sad.. -.-
Love & Peace

*EDIT: it's just been fixed
Not that I didn't love the Persona 3 jokes, but I want a chance to love Wednesday's comic just as much, if not more.
Won't you give me that chance?
EDIT: It's fixed for me now, thanks!

Also, the next button on the news page for 09-10-2007 links to http://www.penny-arcade.com/2007/09/14 instead of http://www.penny-arcade.com/2007/09/12.

Clicking "Comic" from the newspost redirects to the Zelda comic from the 21st.
