If you played UO on AI with the PA guild...

I got this thread mod-approved because it seems that it's hard to get in touch with some of you and I wasn't sure if I would be allowed to make a thread to just contact a few people.
If you played UO on the AI shard and have since stopped, please let those of us still playing know. We'd like to keep the PA guild going, but when the majority of the members no longer show up, and the leaders disappear, it's hard to get the guild to do anything because we have no control of it.
If you guys could help us out by transferring guild ownership to those of us who still play (by either leaving the guild while you're not playing or just by giving another guildmaster status) so that we may continue to function as a guild, we would appreciate it. This may or may not include for you transferring some goods and funds for the upkeep of the guild. As I was never completely active during the busiest time, I'm not sure how that was handled. Also, I'm not sure if whoever owns the tower is still playing or not, but if not, we will need that transferred as well so it doesn't decay.
Also, to the owner of the vendor Sabina in the tavern, could you please log in and dismiss him? I would like to re-do that house and while Sabina is there I can't do a thing with it. I thought he might leave after a few days of no activity, but apparently he has enough gold to keep him going and has been there for a couple weeks now.
I appreciate your cooperation in this. I wish that AI had kept your interest longer, but since it hasn't, I hope you enjoy whatever else you may have moved on with.
