Ledneh. It works if you space out your caffeine intake. Consuming it all at one time will mean you'll come off it all eventually and then just fucking crash and burn. Done properly you'll come off the caffeine rush at around the time you want to go to bed and just zonk right out.

Yeah, it's sound in a sense.

But if for any reason you fall asleep after a long period of time, fuck it, game over, you're out for at least 8 hours.

So you really have to make sure you stay awake.

I used to do it when I was younger, but as I got older it got harder and harder to do.

I don't know about book learnin, but I do know that after a night of drinkin I can get some pretty good zZz's.

I'd wager that, that may be in refference to chronic drinkers and the effect of alcoholism on there sleep cycle, as opposed to casual drinking.
