Need less to say i'm pissed. Get my mail, go to the bathroom, open it up to find no pass just flyers.
i'll save the envelope that has the words printed in red "Received Unsealed", which i assume means someone didn't lick the back or they had no licking power.
I got a three day pass so i won't have to wait in line and deal with BS, So i really hope there is a way to either get a refund or get another pass.

Also we used envelopes that had the peel away sticky stuff so no licking was involved. Maybe it came undone in the post office or something.
You can always go to the will-call station and pick your pass up that way.
