Turnabout for the Red Cross

So according to Slashdot, Johnson and Johnson is suing the American Red Cross over their logo. J&J contends that it was using it first.

I think this is an amusing tweak to the nose of the AMC, who for quite a while now has been waving their lawyers around trying to get people to stop using the red cross to represent health or medical aid. It turns out that the AMC has been licensing the logo as a fund raising initiative.

...and when you are done with that; take a folding
chair to Creation and then suplex the Void.

    I think it's because PA got a hand-slap from AMC for using the red cross symbol on the Child's Play logo...

    i think theres also trademarks on ferrari red and such

    maybe if you get in early you can still trademark stool sample red
