So I just installed OS 10.4 Tiger, and it appears Safari no longer likes the login window. When I type in my username and password, it just blanks the fields and reloads the page. Any idea what might be causing this, and if there's a workaround aside from loading Firefox every time I want to browse PA?

It is because Safari keeps changing their standards to fuck with everything. I'll get it working when I can, but since I have been offline for a week my todo list is stacked pretty high.
I've got the same thing (for what it's worth). I tried turning security to lowest, turning off pithhelmet, clearing cookies, and even turning off popup blocking. The "log in" and the index logins don't work; I've been logging in through private messages, but even then it won't save my auto-login preference.
Also, Safari's form-filling doesn't seem to work; that'd be a nice work-around, anyone know how to make Safari do the work?

No, we need no more tires.

I'm on Safari 2.0, OS 10.4, and I'm not having any problems. I upgraded to Tiger a couple days ago, and auto-login has been working fine both before and since.

Same here.
Maybe Alpha fixed it already?

The topic's a month and a half old, so I would guess so. Not sure why citric is still having problems, though.

I log in, try to use the thing at the bottom by filling in my name/pass, checking the box, and clicking the button. That takes me to a login page, where I (again) fill in my name/pass, check the box, and click the login button. This logs me in. However, after I quit Safari and return to the forums, I don't auto-login and I have to repeat the process (or I just click the PM link and log in through there, or, more often, just don't log in at all).

Yes, I've done both.
