Jail System request

Although jailed, the preview window still renders the entirety of a post. Is it possible to apply the jail settings to the preview pane, so we can see formatting errors or where the post-limiter has cut us off?

    If this is hard to code, should we put forth the effort to pamper those already punished?

    The entire point of jailing is to

    A) discourage but not restrict posting

    B) if A doesn't work, hidner it enough to where the user can't cause more problems.

    You are experiencing symptoms of A.

    on the topic of jail, my offence was posting in every thread on the first page of SE one morning when no one was around, and now ive been in jail for around 4 months. if i still havent paid my time, then such is life, but if its that ive just been forgotten, then i would like to point that out.

    sorry for the change of topic, but i thought it made more sence than making a whole new thread..

    EDIT: acording to the date stamp on the jail PM, it was jan 10.

    Take it up with whoever the original PM is from. The bug preventing unjailing has been taken care of.

    thats actually correct. its often depicted the opposite way, because it makes more sense that way to americans, but historically, it was as fallout said.
