    I'd actually choose movies over video games, but games are definitely top choice for this one.

    Games can visually match movies, include as much pop culture as television, tell stories that rival those found in comic books. Plus they're interactive and can connect you to other people (in the literal sense of playing online and the figurative sense of a shared passion).

    Games win.

    I watch TV, too! I tend to cycle back and forth between primarily games and primarily TV in my free time. (The primarily games tends to happen in the off-season)

    Yeah, Summertime is gaming time... but when the seasons start up again... the cable box rules once again, double that now that I've got a TiVo.

    I actually ditched my TiVo a few months ago, since I can't stand SD on my HDTV. I will probably get one of these new $300 TiVo HDs before too awful long.

    I watch Heroes and sports on TV, but that's it. For other things I prefer to purchase box sets, (sopranos, Chapelle's Show, etc.)
