This is a pet thread.
We will talk about our loyal companions here.
This is Jake, a pure bred Chocolate Labrador. He's beautiful and a big, dumb sweety. Before I got him he used to work at a gas station/garage, wandering around, greeting customers, and taking oily rags from the pockets of mechanics. His original owner got a divorce, had to move into an apartment and I got him.
He's the friendliest dog ever.
This is Sherlock. He's 10 years and 2 months old and I've had him since he was a puppy. When this picture was taken he was recovering from surgery. He had cancer of the butt and had to get a tumor removed.
At the moment poor old Sherlock isn't doing too well. He had a seizure last week and has since had two strokes. Before all that he was very active, and would get very excited whenever he saw anyone new, barking his head off and wagging his tail.
Nowadays he's just relaxing, trying to recover.

This is Rita Blue. She's a pure breed Weimaraner.
She's getting old now, she's about 10 or so. Recently dry kibble became just too much for her to eat, so we'v had to start adding water to her food. She mostly just sleeps near the house now.
This is Gracie, also a pure breed Weimaraner. She's about 5 or 6 years old. She's stupid. VERY stupid. I caught her eating a bar of soap one day. But she is very energetic and loves to play.
This is Emmy. She's very afraid of strangers. And my parents. She only really interacts with my sister and I.
This is Zorro, and his favorite thing is too much kibble. As a consequence he's fat. He's also the most lovingest cat ever. We adopted him from the local animal shelter last year.
My Jake loves eating his own poop.
He gets to enjoy his food twice.

You're referring to yourself as the object of the sentence, not the subject, and so should use the subjective form of the pronoun. Just take out "my sister and", and you should see what I mean; you wouldn't say "She only really interacts with I".

This is my girl Katie, purebred Redbone Coonhound. We rescued her from an owner that could no longer properly care for her, she was crated almost 24/7. She now lays around on the couch or on the bed.
and this is Corgi. He's a.... Corgi. We didn't name him. He's another rescue. He's incredibly stupid.
