I've lurked for years, and thought I'd take this opportunity to talk about the Thor movie. Here's the link:


Who should play him?
Should they mess with the Donald Blake character or make it just Thor?

    The comic movie thread is pretty high on the page. This could have gone there.



    Also, it's been announced for a while, it's just the director was announced at Wizard World.

    I had heard rumor of it, but never any real confirmation.

    Does it bother you for this subject to have it's own thread?

    Yes actually, it clutters up the page when it could easily be discussed in the thread that already exists.


    The same reason that any "General Comics Question" threads are locked and the OP are directed to the Ask Whippy Thread.

    Hey, I didn't mean to sound like I was jumping down your throat. I don't have any power or anything here, I was just saying my view.


    It's just that if there's a thread called "Comic Movie Thread" there's a pretty good chance that's where the Thor movie should be discussed.

    It doesn't fuck up the forum, but stuff like this really is better discussed in the movie thread until the movie is released. Stuff like the Dark Knight is currently discussed there.

    Or there's a Thor thread around here somewhere also.
