Playtest a new game for TableStar Games at PAX!

TableStar Games is heading to PAX in a big way and there's a chance to try out a prototype of a 2008 release called Wealth of Nations.

We need bright, smart, critically-minded people to play our prototype, in exchange, you'll get:

* Free dinner
* First look at our next great product
* Points in our STARS program (redeemable for swag!)
* A chance to influence the development of the game

Wealth of Nations is a 3-to-6 player economic trading and building game of industrial development. It is TableStar Games' first attempt at a Euro-style game. It will be run focus-group style; we sit you down, you read the rules, then play the game. It should take 3 hours or more, so bring your game face and thinking caps.

The game will be held after-hours at 6:30 pm. There are only a few slots available so sign up as soon as possible!

    So... 6:30 PM is only "after-hours" on Sunday, is that the day this will be taking place? If it is, you might want to explicitly mention it =P

    I think he means after exhibitor hours. But ya a day clarification would be good.

    If TableStar Games is the company I think it is (HeroCard?), then this sounds very exciting, especially if it is on the Sunday.

    Ha! Yes, "after-hours" means after exhibitor hours. The floor closes between 4 to 6 depending on the day.

    The game is completely different than our HeroCard line. Wealth of Nations is more like a Euro-style game. Heavy trading, heavy planning, and heavy economics.

    So it looks like the majority of responses are for Friday night, starting 6:30 to 7pm (probably closer to 7pm). There are some spaces available.

    However, Saturday night is still open if people would prefer that.

    I kept the nights open usually because people all have different schedules and we're more flexible with our time.
