Trying to find old arcade game

You could use three characters, but it was a two-player game. One was a Bruce Lee character in a red suit. Another was a huge muscle German fighter guy. The third was a girl. You fought in streets, bars, pool halls, subways, etc. You picked up food to gain health. Sadly, that is all we can remember about the the game. Does anybody know what we're talking about? Please?

Final Fight 2? I know that's the SNES version, but I'm assuming it was in the arcades as well.

Cody was a badass metrosexual. He could kick your ass but probably had 2 colognes on too.

It actually never had an arcade release, which kind of makes me wonder why the original poster didn't remember it as a Super Nintendo game...

    Oh well! 8-)
