I'm all about the M249, and I've been throwing Stopping Power on lately instead of Juggernaut (I don't seem to die any faster). Tonight was the best. We were on Overgrown, and I managed to take out five enemies... couple grenade kills, mostly the gun.
Mind you, we were all in close proximity to each other... the weapon fire was almost deafening. Every gun was going off, non-stop.
When I dropped the airstrike, there was silence for about 30 seconds. I killed all 6 of the enemy team, and I think both sides were laughing at that point (or their side was swearing... not sure).
so it looks like Eurogamer keys are starting to go out, i've got mine at least.
As for the CE.. well if that's enough for you, go for it. I tend to buy them over regular versions, but i've already had a few Making Of dvds and artbooks and stuff, and CoD4 is more one that i want to play, than involve myself in entirely. But yeah, if that's what you're interested in, enjoy it
B.C. and myself managed to hook up for a couple games and I had the best round of my life in Vacant. Pretty sure I went 16 - 6 with a couple decent streaks.
I really don't dig Overgrown that much just because it seems quite large for 16 players. I'm hooked on Crash and Vacant though. Vacant with an AK and Deep Penetration makes for lots of kills.
In short, awesome game, I still suck but I have enough fun to counter it. Also is it just me or does the majority of the playerbase seem to actually be over 18? Even playing Free-For-All I never got called a faggy faggot n00b or anything so I must have just been getting into good groups.
send someone a friends invite (it helps if you let them know if you're from PA, who you are and stuff), and you'll be good to go. I'll try to get a few games in tonight.

I switched out Last Stand on all my classes cause it never really did anything for me.
UAV Jammer and a Silencer on Overgrown are SO great.

Has anyone else had trouble with the Eurogamer keys? They said they'd start sending them out the 10th, and mine still hasn't arrived. Does it actually take a while to send these, or should I just look for a different option?
Well my Eurogamer key arrived today, about 2 days later than expected. If they're transferable, i know someone who might want in, but if he's already in, i'll donate it to someone on here.

I'm still deciding now whether to get the PC version or the 360 version of COD 4 though, quite a conundrum.
And I've discovered that, even an inaccurate fuck like myself can score some kills on Vacant with the shotty.
I haven't stopped playing it at ALL.

something actually worth the price? a book with some doodlings of m16's and ak47s and a dvd are not what I call worth it.

Well, Last Stand on Overgrown is kinda useless because it's almost all Sniper/Carbine kills.
Vacant and Crash see a lot of Demolitions/Spec Ops load outs that require getting within Last Stand range.
