I have no doubt that I am inviting flames with this post, but I hope that before you reply you'll actually read what I am saying and understand that its a compliment and a request, not a criticism or complaint.
I really like a lot of the PA t-shirts, my two personal favorites are Jesus Says "Don't be a Dick" and the new Internet Dickwad Theory shirts. The new shirt is what prompted me to say something.
I've long wanted to buy the Jesus says shirt but I haven't because I won't wear the word "Dick" around in public. Nor will I buy the new one, even though it makes me laugh every time, for the same reason. Its not the word "dick" specifically, it could also say "Shithead" or "Asshole" and I wouldn't wear it. Not because I have a problem with swearing either, I cuss like a sailor and I've been known to throw the word "Fuck" in to my speech here and there and not even realize I did it. I won't wear them because I'm not comfortable being the reason some kid asks his mom what "Dick" means. I also think its generally disrespectful to others to use that kind of language in front of someone you don't know. In addition, I feel like it would make a poor first impression to wear that around and then introduce myself to someone new. A shirt that says "Jesus says 'Don't be a Jerk'" or "Jerkwad theory" would be just as funny. I can honestly tell you that I would have purchased multiple "Jesus Says" shirts, for myself and as gifts for people I know who would love it, if it just said "jerk" instead of "dick".
So you can yell at me and flame me if you want to, but try to understand that what I'm saying boils down to this: I think the shirt is funny, I think the idea is hysterical, and I am not saying you should get rid of that version of the shirt, but I won't buy that version and if you were to release a second version that said "Jerk" or something, instead of "Dick" I would buy it, I would buy several in fact.
I'm a big fan of the strip, keep it up.

I was purposely speaking to the community as a whole and not just to them, I wanted some feedback from others. If I'm the only one who feels this way then I'll just go sit quietly in my corner. Though I did hope someone with a hand in merchandise would read it (working from the assumption that their entire organization isn't just the two of them, which may be a faulty assumption).
This would probably fit better in Tube's circus.
Get some white paint, some green paint, and a stencil and fix it. :P
If you go to Home Depot or something they'll probably even make matching paint from it for you.
