Powerboy is the guy in black(appeared only in Supergirl to my knowledge), although I find it odd he's in the titans, considering the last time I checked he was insane and a stalker of Supergirl.
I think the guy with the V on his chest is Son of Vulcan, but I don't know anything about him.
