my heels, especially my left one, have been sore to the touch for a few months. my achilles tendons, also the left one in particular, tend to tense up if i don't use them for a while. this has actually kind of subsided a bit recently but it's still around

i also get phantom sounds a lot
sometimes, mostly when i'm listening to music, I'll think I hear my phone ringing faintly (but no one is calling), or uncommonly it's the beep you get on MSN when someone sends you a message
my ringtone is the number of the beast by iron maiden, is it weird that i sometimes hear a guy shouting "Six! Six six!" inside my head?
you will continue to be in pain until you get some professional help/advice
Plantar fasciitis, formerly known as "policeman's heel" is a painful inflammatory condition caused by excessive wear to the plantar fascia of the foot or biomechanical faults that cause abnormal pronation of the foot.[1] The pain usually is felt on the underside of the heel, and is often most intense with the first steps of the day. It is commonly associated with long periods of weight bearing. Obesity, weight gain, jobs that require a lot of walking on hard surfaces, shoes with little or no arch support, and inactivity are also associated with the condition. This condition often results in a heel spur on the calcaneus, in which case it is the underlying condition, and not the spur itself, which produces the pain.[1
yeah, that sounds like it
and i have been gaining weight and walking/standing a lot lately on hard surfaces with shoes that have zero arch support
