On opening night, PAX goes until 3:00 AM. I'd really like to go see the concert. But if im going to stay that late, am i going to have to drive? No busses run that late.

you mean AM? If it closes at 3:00 PM, there would only be 1 hour..

How far you need to go? You could take a cab. Or wait a couple hours for busses to start up again :)

Itd be easiest for me just to park my car at eastgate and take the bus into seattle, but busses dont run between 12:00 and 5:00

I doubt you are heading south but if you are the 174 runs until like 2 or 3 am. I live in Des Moines and thats how I'm getting to and from home

Fuck. What's this about buses not running past midnite? Man, I was gonna grab the 15 from Ballard Sat and Sunday. I'm not trying to spend a ton of cash on parking and my work's lot is too far away to constitute a safe walk by myself at 3AM. Will have to double check the metro schedule to see if this is gonna be a problem.

Hell, once the bars let out at 2, there is NOBODY on the streets. I wouldn't worry too much about it not being safe.

Eastgate shouldn't be that expensive by cab. Way more than by bus, of course, but at 3 am you take what you can get :)

the busses don't all stop at 12. I'm taking the 150, and the last one leaves at 1.30. Check your bus routes.

There's a series of busses, numbered in the 80s that serve as a night owl shuttle from downtown to various neighborhoods in Seattle.

    81 - Ballard, Loyal Heights
82 - Queen Anne, Wallingford, Greenlake, Greenwood
83 - Maple Leaf, University, Ravenna
    84 - Madison Park, Madrona
85 - West Seattle, White Center

Check the Metro website for times and stops.

And make sure your at the stop 5 minutes early and CLEARLY VISIBLE. The late night route drivers WILL leave your ass behind.
