Oh god, I though I would be on top of things by getting in line for the Keynote 45 min early, but I was wrong. There are already a couple of hundred people waiting.

The lines, I HATE LINES!

yeah, we got in line really early, but still had to stay in the overflow room. still, we got a great seat and the keynote was outstanding.

I skipped the keynote to get some time in the exibit hall with less people... but walked in for the end, got a seat... and watched the PA panel with NO LINE. Compared to last year, the line management (even the 40 minute line when I got in line at 1:30pm to enter) has been AMAZING

I didn't mind the line. Just strike up a conversation with the guy next to you. One of the things I love about PAX is that it is composed of a ton of like-minded geeks. Many folks came by themselves and are happy to talk to someone about where they are from, their favorite game, or whatever. It's like hanging out with 30,000 friends.
