I regret going to see FF 7 instead of Jonathon Coulton. I walked in midway through "Re: Your Brains" and realized I'd missed something incredible. Hopefully I'll catch him at Bumbershoot this weekend.

I also regret not taking the opportunity to thank Mike/Gabe or Khoo for Pax when I saw them – I was too shy.

    Wow.

    Haven't you seen FF7 already?!

It's not about seeing the movie, it's about seeing the movie with a bunch of fellow geeks. Makes the experience way more fun.

    not fratanizing with enough gammers.

Most of the people i know around here(seattle) arn't, so it's a shame i didn't milk sucha great oppertunity

I feel exactly the same way. Me and my roommate are really hardcore gamers, but none of our other friends are. We are just north of Seattle, in lynnwood. We should get in touch

I'd say i regret drifting off at robot chicken, but that'd be too obvious.

So I regret looking down at my arm shortly after waking up and assuming it just stopped there.

I missed Coulton too, since I had no idea who he was and I had a party to put together. There's always the DVD and hopefully next year. I'm more into the dancing-type music, anyway.

Asking three questions at the Hothead Panel, including one about how they were distributing the game, but not including XBLA as part of the question. They gave a super spiffy 360 Elite to the guy who shouted consoles afterwards during "wow, no one asked about a couple things" portion of the panel.

I wasn't drunk enough the entire time through. Though usually if you saw me after 9pm, I had a decent buzz going. Also my flask started leaking, so I'll have to buy a new one soon.

These events didn't happen on the same night. I know because I worked theater A when FF7 was showing, which was Friday, but Jonathan Colton played on Saturday. They were showing Tron in A that night. Are you sure you aren't mistaken? Not that I doubt that you went to either, it is easy for time to blur around day 2. Consistency is all I ask.

Eh. The Assassin's Creed live demo was alright. It was basically the E3 demo, but he did a few things differently.

Playing Rock Band was still a good choice.

I don't know if you should regret it that much. If anything, I'd congratulate you for going to PAX in the first place.

There's a history of bipolar/manic-depressive illness in my family and the ones that are affected pretty much never leave the house, except when they're dragged to family gatherings and to go to work. They more or less just stay indoors, take their meds (I know 3 of them are on Olanzapine) and never interact with other people anymore than they absolutly have to.

The fact that you showed up to something where you knew you'd be surrounded by people and activity all the time is amazing to me and deserves some applause.

Running around working/filming kinda sucked. The whole show was really awesome but because I would stay around to get footage I missed 2 parties that were really fantastic. To go with that, the fact that both the last tape and last battery for the camera both died at the same time at the beginning of the Halo 3 Omegathon final. GRAH.

An Neuroslice, listen to BlackDragon480. If anything, you should get a hand for showing up in the first place. :)

    Thanks for that, man.

The fact that most of the people at PAX were actually understanding; is really important to me. Not everybody, but I'd say a good majority.

I do regret the things I said at the first PA panel, though; I actually scared people.
