What do you think of my son's website?

My son has just finished making it, it's taken him several months. He's only 16 and he wants to do web design.
Is this good for a 16 year old or not? Any comments very appreciated. Just tell me what you think.
Please bear in mind that he has had a severe learning disability since he was very young and this is the first thing he has shown an interest in for a long time.
We know there's room for improvement but is this good at least for a first try?
