Barney & Friends is a children's television show produced in the United States, mainly aimed at preschoolers. Barney is a purple anthropomorphic Tyrannosaurus rex who conveys learning through jumping around singing children's songs with a friendly, optimistic attitude.

Is this what you want your kids to be taught by? Although the voice is done by someone else, this is the man who is near them thar kids.

My mom used to run an in-home daycare center and although Barney was annoying as hell, at least the children sang along and got some education out of it. When those kids would watch teletubbies they were like fucking zombies.

The subject matter and dialog is mind-numbingly retarded. Everything Spongebob and the starfish guy say is completely devoid of intelligent thought and I believe such things are a bad influence on children.
