Hardware Advice forum?

It seems that lately the G&T forum has been plagued with numerous peoples needing computer help, usually systems not operating as quickly as they should, etc. While one would think that these issues should go into the general Help and Advice section, it seems that G&T is targetted specially in these problems, perhaps due to the fact that many of its denizens are knowledgable in that sort of thing.

Perhaps we should have a dedicated PC/Hardware/Electronics advice forum?

    There is a thread in accumulated knowledge that was dedicated to this. I suggest we either revive it or remake it.

    You can also use the Help/Advice section which is, you know, what it's for.

    Indeed, but that doesn't seem to be what tends to happen. Though perhaps a simple dedicated thread is all we need.

    It happens alot, but threads get swept out of H/A quickly.

    In G+T they get trolled, spammed, and basically recieve the same 2-3 page arguments that all of them get.
