Has anyone actually found a way to DO them? I can't find them anywhere after I download them. And there's a queen vespoid as big as a Yian Kut Ku in one of them.
They're in either the Gathering Hall or the Training school.

Must be the Gathering Hall then. I haven't don much in there at all. I can't do anything in the Training School. All the options are ????.

Lightcrystals you can mine from swamp, break em off of Gyps head or ,rarely, mine them from the 2nd mining spot on the farm. Think Trenya might bring some back from the swamp occasionally.
Kut-kus bits are funny, so you get funny weapons. You see the Twin Kut-ku? the double bladed weapon that looks like baby rattles.
I still need to make a frying pan and a chefs outfit.

the Training Hall quests are multiplayer only.
The downloadable ones you mean? Or all of them?
Aye, the downloadable ones. They don't seem too hard, I mean really, a Hermataur? Cake.
Well thanks to my online exploits I've managed to get a CRAB SET, just missing feet now :^: Just need to find something that doesn't have such hideously low resistances in any element

So Gamespot gave it a 5 out of 10 and said that the game was completely recycled from the last one. Anybody wanna bitch about that for a while?
Maybe it's recycled. It's still fun. I haven't played one before, so it's not a big deal to me.
Developers say that it's over 50% new content. I don't understand how exactly that makes it like a yearly sports franchise game. I'd say that's a whole hell of a lot of new content.
I like that the trainer guy is all humorous and stuff. May as well make training entertaining, right?
There was even an "How awesome is that? So awesome." joke.
I like the trainer. He even references Resident Evil. He calls you the Master of Unpacking and I'm sure he quoted the Merchant from RE4 but I can't remember what line. It's not like the Merchant has a lot of lines though, but it was one of his.
Guys, I need large monster bones, stat. I need a new weapon in general, really. I'm using the fork and knife daggers and they're okay but I think I need something bigger. Like that revolver gun hammer. Yessss...
So I have a WiFi Max sitting on my desk. It's a returned item from Best Buy, so here's hoping it works. It also says "For PSP & DS" instead of just PSP or DS.

If you're a lance/gunlance user, I suggest investing in +Guard Decorations to activate the skill. You lose less stamina and health from guarding.

Every skill needs at least 10 points to activate. +15 sometimes activates a second level, and +20 a third.
Wind Press for instance. +10 activates the basic level. Protects against the wind gusts from small Wyverns. +15 blocks just about any wyvern's wind gusts. +20 makes you Elder Dragon wind-proof.

If a set has enough slots and enough bonuses, it's okay to. Especially if you have a bunch of gems that offer +2 and +3. +3's are a bitch though, most require 2 slots.
Gunlances are fuckawesome against really charge-happy stuff like the Tigrex if you manage to activate Guard.

I'm seeming to only get caught in charges if I'm being stupid in a fight

All I can do is 200.
They're in either the Gathering Hall or the Training school.

I want a full set dammit :x
I got one of his beaks. I love the goofy weapons you can make from his bits.
O_o

KUT KU PEENAR CANNON I CHOOSE YOU

Fuck, I hate shit like that. I guess I'll delete them then.
You could do em by yourself like I did. Or are you..... A velociprey?
You just said they were multiplayer only.
edit:
Seriously though, you should try to do them yourself. It really does help with the whole difficulty level thing.
So are they multiplayer only or not? And if they aren't why can't I ever see them at the training hall?
Oh, my bad. It's in the group (aka multiplayer) section of the Training school. You can do them by yourself though, that's just where they are.

-25 thunder = fun khezu fight
just 20 minutes of
shit shit shit shit shit shit shit shit shit shit shit shit shit shit shit shit shit shit shit shit
Yeah, it's a pretty good localization.
Ranaedos: I thought about Khezu when I saw the negative in Thunder Res :P I'd just switch back to Kut Ku set though.

Does that make a difference?
I guess I'll find out soon enough.
now to do it by myself

It uses Nintendo drivers to work, so you're probably screwed. My Nintendo dongle is sitting here being a (crappy) paperweight.
I'm not a big fan of lancing, but Gunlance seem pretty cool. Long sword is top priority for now, trying to get a Eager Cleaver.
