    I go to the gym 3 times/week, and also do 25min on the exercise bike every day of the week.

    Although I hear that biking a lot is bad for your nuts and prostate, so I'll have to find something else to to eventually

    I just went and did another run at 8mph and I'll hit the gym again on the way home from work as I'm short for time this morning.

    HIIT is good stuff droogs. It's better than sustained cardio for burning the fat off of all you fatties.
    I do it on a stationary bike and really enjoy it.

    Also, all of you who are doing cardio then immediately lifting...

    stop it.

    If you need to both in the same workout, do cardio second.
