HIIT is good stuff droogs. It's better than sustained cardio for burning the fat off of all you fatties.
I do it on a stationary bike and really enjoy it.
Also, all of you who are doing cardio then immediately lifting...
stop it.
If you need to both in the same workout, do cardio second.
