    Everyone else in that movie just serves to get in Doc Holliday's way.

    Here comes Kurt Russel's stupid wife and the guy from 90210 acting like an idiot. Oh boy.

    Holy shit.

    Clive Owen and Paul Giamatti?

    Shits. Throw Seth Green and circa 1970 Syd Barrett in there and you've got the only gay porno I'd ever watch.

    Well I'd say Live Free Or Die Hard was a different kind of film. Shootem up was an action comedy bullet fest. Die hard actually had a story between the gunfights. Both movies did what they wanted and did it well in my opinion.

    I don't really think the Brits really know wot's wot when it comes to gunslinging. If I were to rank cinema gunfights it would go something like

    0. Hard Boiled Hospital
    1. Matrix Lobby
    2. Desperado Bar
    3. Heat Bank
    4. Scarface Mansion
    5. Last Action Hero Funeral
    6. Band of Brothers Carentan
    7. Black Hawk Down Black Hawk
    8. Face Off Church
    9. Terminator 2 Big Rig
    10. Robocop Factory
    11. Equilibrium office
    12. Children of Men urban warfare

    Off the top of my head:
    * Way of the Gun's final shoot-out
    * The Good, the Bad and the Ugly three-way stand-off
    * Miami Vice boat shoot-out

    And dude, Children of Men was not a gunfight at all. It was scared Clive Owen just trying not to get shot.

    True, it wasn't a gunfight in the traditional sense, but nonetheless it was a superb scene, what with all the urban combat.

    The stand-off in Reservoir Dogs was also entertaining.

    Children of Men scene and Equilibrium hall of mirrors (which I assume is the scene you're talking about, at the end) should be in the top 5 or at least a few notches higher to the top 10.

    Oh boy this list is so wrong.

    Take out Last Action Hero, Children of Men and Desperado, and maybe Equilibrium.

    Put in Good Bad Ugly, maybe some Grosse Pointe Blank, and pretty much any 10 minute segment from the last 3/4 of Where eagles dare.

    List also lacks The Killer, Bar shoot up, end church shoot out.

    I'd even include the House shoot out at the end of A Better Tomorrow 2 (One of the first showings of the killer showdown that Cowboy Bebop paid homage too).

    Hell include the Bebop, Church shoot out (I am noticing a theme with churches and shootouts perhaps its best to avoid them), and the finale.

    Yeah I own the soundtrack to Bebop (it's a 4 cd affair with 3 studio and one live) it's a rocking soundtrack only wish it had a couple songs from the movie. Speaking of the movie they also had a great fight at the Eiffel tower clone between spike and vincent.

    Yeah the harmonica bits really work to evoke the proper emotion. I think that's why I like the Bebop soundtrack the most, you can almost pick a song and point out the emotion it's supposed to evoke.
