and I hear someone blasting loud ghetto rap

I look around for the culprit

and

and it was a young country man in a dirty baseball cap and torn jeans and he was inside an old ford pickup truck that was dirty and from 1950

and he was speaking to his friend and it was the most redneck idiot voice

at the point

    I don't like it when the guy in the dorm right next to me blasts rap at 4 A.M. when I am trying to sleep. Kinda makes me not like rap music at all.

    rap music's heavy bass carries with less loss and more vibration and noise since bass moves along the ground and rock musics rockin guitars move in the air and lose wavelength pretty quickly

    therefore rap is inherently more disturbing and noisy
