Anyone know a good free low harddrive space using audio converter that I can download? it would be much appreciated.

    .ogg to .wav so I can make a windows sound scheme.

    Winamp will do that if you have the ogg player plugin installed. Change the output plugin from DirectSound or whatever to Disk Writer and then play the audio; it will write WAVs to disk instead of playing the files.
