Dammit, sorry guys. I can't make it work. This greatly saddens me. If you want your hearts broken, click the spoiler to find out what game I was trying to do.
It was Number Munchers. But I just couldn't make it record. I'm sorry guys.

Nobody ever talks about the new e-Reader levels from the GBA version of SMB3. There is a fucking ghost house in there! And I was always curious about what they had planned for that castle hub before they realized the e-Reader was a piece of shit.

Wow, I never realised until now just how short Mario 3 levels actually are. And that level that was underwater with a Lakitu above... that really wasn't anything at all.

Still my favourite Mario game, but still, damn those are short.

I haven't played Mario 3 in ages, so it's fun to see it again. It looks easier than I remember it, though. Does it get harder? I have gotten used to seeing Gilder being tortured and so far, this is a walk in the park. I guess at least some of the levels in Super Mario World will bring back the pain, though.

Gilder, I am hoping that you'll continue the Mario spree with Super Mario World 2, Mario 64, etc. You may not like some of those games, but you didn't exactly enjoy Lost Levels either, did you? :D

Or failing that, maybe you could tackle some other classic Nintendo series? Zelda, Metroid, etc.

This is true but you know, I have no idea where a lot of those secrets are. That's the great thing about Mario. Like in Ohtsam's video, I didn't even know there was one of those red music note blocks before the one I had ended up finding. There's just so much random stuff to find.

After you're done with this you should continue on to other Mario games. You should totally do SM64 at some point.

Poihaps. We'll see. I think I'm going to do one of my favorite series after this though and most people have probably never played the second game so it should be interesting.

Also guys sorry but no video today. I can't get enough alone time to actually record one. However I might be able to record a quick intermission video of a really bad game. I actually own Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing. I just have to re-install it.

I don't really like Skittles. I could've bought some Starburst though. Hmmmm. Yeah, I guess it was a tough choice.

Mushroom Pie I don't really know but if the level isn't red on the map, there's no secret exit. If it is, there is.

I completely scour ghost houses just because I assume that they've got a secret.

The one in the Vanilla Dome confuses and enrages me. There's a secret area, but it doesn't lead anywhere.

Also, I need some help in Star Road. I'm on the very last level. There's like a P switch and a block that shoots out a string of coins. Presumably you're supposed to turn said string of coins into a platform to cross the chasm, but there's a catch; the coins only move in the right direction half the time, if that, leaving you no option but to suicide.

Is there a way to influence the direction of the blocks? 'Cause I'm on my last life.

Vanilla Dome is Top Secret Area right? It's just for getting stuff like extra lives. Get yoshi, come back with yoshi, free life.

The coins go in the direction you're facing. So face to the right and they'll go right. Either looking up or jumping makes them go up and maybe ducking goes down. I think they only need to go right though.

Ah, ok, I managed to find it - yeah I probably didn't notice it. ANYWAYS

Good luck for when you get to SMW. I assume you're going to be 100%ing it - any plans for keeping track of what levels you've gotten the alternate exits on? I remember when I played it I got towards the end and had a few in the star road and other places that I had missed and had to play quite a few levels again just to narrow down what stages I hadn't gotten the secret exit on.

Well red stages are the ones with secret exits so as long as there's one path leading to the level and two leading out, it means I've gotten all the paths. The thing is, I can't remember where most of the secret exits are past the forest. That'll be fun.

Hmm. Was probably just the star road exits that got me - since only one exit leads to the next one, except for the one that leads to the special area.

I'm not sure if this has been answered yet, but if you're on the final Star Road level there's actually a different purpose to this. Once you hit the P switch to turn it into a platform, you're supposed to technically work your way up and right with it, until you hit a string of yellow ! blocks. Follow that along to a string of...green ones, I think, follow that to a string of red ones, follow that to a string of blue ones and the secret exit.
