Good day Penny arcade,
I noticed the Guild Wars sealed tournament thingy on www.guildwars.com and found it rather interesting. Me and my guildies would like to hold some of this ourselves within the guild. But I was wondering how you generated the random skill list and if you could hand me a solution that does not involve numbering the skills from 1-1500 and pulling numbers from a bowl, at least not manually.
