Proxies. Please help!

So, I'm at school and I want to go on bash.org, it's blocked. I want to go on youtube, it's blocked. I can't access my internet explorer "internet options" tab because up come a message that says something like 'this operation has been cancelled due to restrictions on your computer, speak to an administrator'. I tried going on anonymouse.org anddddd it's blocked. Fortunately, I can use netscape and can access the proxies settings, however, I can't seem to figure out how to use proxies. Most of the proxy sites I type into google are blocked when I click on them but I've been able to get into a few sites but when I type in the Canadian proxies(I'm from Canada, Ontario) I can't seem to connect. I just tried to access irc through java(because we can't download anything) and sure enough, they're blocked. I came on here hoping someone might have a tip for me or a working proxy I can throw into netscape because everyday I'm bored as shit on spare in this new school I go to. Oh yeah, and cacheing doesn't work, it always comes up "ERROR, The requested URL could not be retrieved".

If anyones got anything, help me out?

Schools and such have become a lot smarter now a days. My suggestion? Become buddies with the tech guys so they'll tell you what/how to do it.

First, I'm pretty sure its against the rules for us to help you.

Second, what is a return graduate? Why are you hanging out at your HS after you've graduated? Once you leave, you should never ever want to come back.

You gotta find out if the blocker is Browser based or server based.
If it's server based you is fucked, but if it's browser, just load up Firefox or Opera onto a thumbdrive and use that.
It gets around my schools block since it only works on IE.
