Ok, my brother has a computer and a tv/monitor combo.
He tried to change the resolution in windows, and since it was incompatible, it said no signal. Usually, you wait 15 seconds and it reverts back.
Instead of waiting, he manually restarted the computer and know when he starts it up, it just says no signal. What should we do?
He has 98se btw.
